TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENT
I accept PayPal / CashApp.Half of the payment is required upfront (through invoice) before starting.A refund will be allowed before the sketch is sent or if I am unable to finish the commission. Otherwise, no refunds after.COMMERICAL USE
A commission for commercial purposes requires permission from me and additional fees added onto the cost.Additional +50% of total cost
TERMS AND PROCESS
As the artist, I maintain copyright over the commissioned piece.
I can refuse any commission for any reason.
Commissions for personal use can be used as profile pictures/headers/wallpaper/personal prints
I can post the commission online, unless the client asks for privacy beforehand.
The client should provide adequate references for the following if applicable; character, background, aesthetic/vibe, etc.
I will provide around 3 updates during the commission process: sketch, flat colors, final touches / rendering
Revisions are allowed only during sketch and flat colors stage. Composition and character pose cannot be changed after the sketch stage.
When the final commission piece is approved, I can provide it on either discord or through Google Drive.
The final commission piece will be sent as a PNG file / 300 DPI / RGB unless specified otherwise.
